Delivering on the UX agenda and supporting digital design teams, you'll be responsible in all areas of the iterative design process to develop new experiences and services across our client's communication, apps and digital platforms.
You'll be the advocate for the customer experience and supporting the creation of digitally-savvy design solutions with a true business and experiential impact. You'll closely collaborate with our team of UX designers, listening, understanding & representing the customer, before making evidence-based design decisions.
The position requires proven experience in working closely with a team, up-to-date knowledge of industry software, deep understanding of customer-centric design, and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
You add value to internal review processes and can rationalize UX and creative solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
