The Royals have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced multi-disciplinary strategist (5 years+) to join our growing team.
You're extremely competent at joining the dots between big brand thinking, creative execution and specific digital and social platforms, experiences and strategies. You have the ability to champion digital and social thinking within the team, providing guidance to other strategists, working closely with the CX/technology and content team, and inspiring creatives and account teams to improve the effectiveness of their outputs.
Critically, this talented planner will have experience building and implementing CRM strategies but is willing and interested in building their experience and skill set in other areas of digital and social strategy.

Comms planning experience
CRM strategy experience
Understanding and articulating customer data driven strategies
Thorough understanding of social platforms and their intimate integration with customer journeys
Social buying and implementation knowledge
CX competency - Knowledge of methodologies and leveraging toolsets for insight and strategy development
Can speak ‘the language of data’
Programmatic knowledge including dynamic creative tool sets
SEO and SEM experience / knowledge
Digital media knowledge - dominant and emerging platforms
Knowledge and growing experience with most prominent CRM platforms
Knowledge or experience with Google Analytics/360, SEMrush, Adobe Analytics, Social listening, Ibis Reports, Forrester, Facebook Native, Social Reporting.
We are not necessarily looking for a ‘finished article’ but someone who is confidently growing their rockstar digital strategy skills.
