We're on the hunt for our next Royal - an Account Manager who is ready to develop their skills and build their career as part of Australia's fastest growing Independent agency.
You'll manage the day to day running and processing of projects on two high profile accounts while developing strategic thinking and an understanding of broader business issues and communication solutions. You'll jump at the chance to shine managing a large number of projects and act as the conduit to the rest of The Royals team to ensure that our level of service is first class.
The Royal we're looking for?
BE INTERESTED – Do everything you can to understand your client's business, consumers, culture and technology. Have you ever heard of the expression “Assumptions are the mother of all fuck-ups”? It’s true. So, ask lots of questions, it’s the only way you’ll know for sure. And write the answer down so you don’t need to ask again.
LIVE THE AGENCY VALUES - work collaboratively (The Royals are one family), be audacious (have a go) and revel in those moments when it all goes right.
TAKE CONTROL – Take responsibility for as many aspects of a project before being asked to do so. Be the first to stick your hand up if something needs doing. Be accountable for all the details. We like people who go get ‘em.
GROW THE BUSINESS – Drive growth on projects, growth in your clients/the agency, growth through innovation and great relationships. Spot the opportunities to add value.
