We're looking for an experienced CRM Strategist who can expertly articulate the value, opportunity, and approach to developing CRM strategies and implementation plans for clients.
Minimum 4-5 years experience
Up to date knowledge of available CRM platform solutions, and confirmed experience working across Salesforce product suite including Marketing Cloud, Advertising studio & Social Studio
Experience integrating CRM within the customer journey, mapping touchpoints and optimisation through journey A/B testing
Expert in creating relevant data strategies and creating profile segmentation across databases. Personalisation and experience customisation knowledge is a must. Reward and Loyalty program experience also a big advantage.
Supporting the implementation of these strategies and coordinating with the CX, digital, and CRM teams across platform integration, eDM/SMS journeys, data management and flows, and reporting.
