There’s a lot to like about the hacker M.O. As advertisers and agency people, imagine how much better it would be if looked at our prospective audiences and said “Whose problem will we hack today?”

Here’s a talk I have done a couple of times which seems to have resonated with a bunch of people (in fact, someone actually contacted me to say they’d worked out what was on Slide 8!).
